Bases come in four different heights and three colors, and interchangeable hinged tops are designed to handle cans, glass, newspaper, plastic or waste. Receptacles feature durable heavy-gauge steel construction, baked on enamel finish in green, brown and burgundy, and leveling feet for stability.
