Freight Policy:
- Freight is charged at the actual freight cost.
- Actual freight cost may be more or less than the cost shown at checkout.
- If we discover a mis-quoted shipping cost, we will do one of the
following:
If an item's correct shipping cost is lower than our stated shipping cost, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct shipping cost is significantly higher than our stated shipping cost, we will contact you for instructions before shipping.
- We can not ship to PO Boxes, so please give a street address.
- If shipping to a business address, please give the business' name.
Return Policy:
- All non special orders can be accepted as a return within 30 days.
- Special ordered items are non returnable.
- A 25% restocking fee applies on all returned products.
- Items must be returned in their original cartons in new condition.
- If the product is defective or arrives to you damaged, please call us to determine what should be done.
- If you wish to return an item, you must call 1-800-927-3873 to get a return authorization number.
- We can not credit freight charges.
